Doing this a week late, so forgive the brevity and I probably missed tagging someone.

We warmed up

THE THANG

We ran around the track for 2 miles and at the curves and the middle of the straight away we did an exercise.  Merkins or Curls at the straight-aways and PAX choice of ab exercise on the curves.

We did Step Ups and Ran to pole and did H2H then we did bear crawl (in honor of Bear Bryant’s years at UK) and crawl bear while partner did dips
