• Round 1: – Arms: 15 curls, 12 tricep extensions, bear crawl to 2nd speed bump, mosey back. 12 curls, 10 tricep extensions, bear crawl to 2nd speed bump, mosey back. 8 curls, 10 tricep extensions, mosey to 3rd speed bump and back. • Round 2: – Abs: Static coupon hold and 12 leg lifts (try to touch the coupon), 5 American Hammers with coupon (LR = 1), 20 LBCs, mosey to 3rd speed bump: x3 • Round 3: – Carry coupon 1/2 mile • 2 minutes – 10 from bottom to top: Rows, curls, overhead press, tricep extensions.
