Vacations have the numbers down but six PAX rolled into the gloom ready to do work on a balmy, humid 68 degree morning in East TN.

THE THANG

QIC was eager to give the new Combat Fitness Deck a try. 15 cards were pre-screened to ensure enough time was available to complete the workout. Precious selected the beatdown, Jack of Spades. 5 rounds of the following with 1min rest between rounds.

• 30 burpees • 30 lunges • 30 merkins • 30 squats

Bonus cards were available for the 10min remaining as everyone was wrapping up the main event. 5 merkins, 10 sit-ups, and 20 squats rinse and repeat until time is called added to the suffering.
