So the “no” to what the pax were trying to figure out was no mercy. YHC figured that for his first Q as AOQ was only fitting to offer the No Mercy Mile…I mean I’m not a professional. Most pax were completing lap 3 with approx 6-7 mins left and so it was decided to go ahead and MK it.

jog to turn 1: bear crawl to turn 2

jog to mid point: 25 merkins

jog ti turn 3: lunge from turn 3 to 4

jog to mid point:25 squats  RR for 4 laps
