THE THANG

Run 2 laps (800 meters) when finished – 5 Merkins or 5 Overhead Press, 10 Lunges or 10 Block Squats, 15 LBC or 15 Block Curls until 6 finishes running the 2 laps.

Repeat x 5

MARY

5 PAX gathered on Turn 2 of the track while Ghost Rider stayed at the bleachers about 150 meters away.  On “go” we all started running with Ghost Rider trying to catch the pack.  Ghost Rider ended up passing Jake and almost the other 4 PAX
