Outnumbered by FIA 2-1

Three pax became more studly than the day before.  However it was quickly noticed that FIA outnumbered us so after the warmup we quickly moseyed to the Thang area.

THE THANG

YHC was back on the Q for the first time after a couple of weeks hiatus to rest the C6/7 protrusion.  That being said needed to thread the needle of following drs orders and knowing I had gained a couple of lbs

Pax were instructed to grab their coupon and take it to the mid point of hill in front of the school.  There it should be left for now and head to the octomerkin place for a round.  Then head to the pain cave for some step ups 10 each leg . Now head back to the blocks for Dora  100 curls 200 kbs (this was a mistake so soon back for YHC) 300 little baby crunched
