15 PAX descended on Arrowhead on a perfect 56 degree morning. QIC reloaded a Brute Force workout for a “chipper” start to the day.

• 2 Laps • 90 Air squats • 80 BBSU • 70 Merkins • 60 Lunges (each leg=1) • 50 Block Presses • 40 Mountain Climbers (R+L=1) • 30 Block Curls • 20 Burpees • 10 Carolina Dry Docks • 2 Laps

With the remaining time, as the PAX finished they jumped in on a EMOM workout beginning at 5 dips, 5 merkins, and 5 jump squats. Rest until the top of the minute and do 6 of each, then 7, and so on until time was called.
