11 Pax showed up today for the first ever Burpee PT Test at immortal station.

We got loose but not much time for warm-up.

THE THANG

It was the one only time we have ever done the Burpee PT at immortal station. Burpee PT Test was challenging but rewarding. The PT test consist of:

• x100 Burpees • 1 Mile Run • x 50 Burpees • 1 Mile Run

The goal was to finish it in 32mins.  Honeysuckle through out an impressvie  est 30min Test.  Nice Job Brother!  Cheeks followed him with est 32 min.  Way to kick it.
