Pax did reps to music

Evidently when pax engage in both an embarrassing yet well executed amount of lyric and song title comments 7 pax show up.  Furthermore, since the greatest thrash metal band of all time was the inspiration (if I have to name it, stop reading now) good music and a (hopefully) proper beating should ensue. I do think that was attained since I’m pretty sure I overheard that Etch a sketch and Tweetie bird are going to get matching Kill’em all album art tattoos on their left calves.  So I’d consider that a success!

THE THANG

Pax pick up coupon and carry to the first light of the parking lot by the swing set   The following set of exercises will be performed at a light then run to the far end perform 5 merkins run back to get coupon and carry to next light  (5 curls, 10 weighted squats, 15 BOR’s, 20 mtn climbers)  at last light perform 5 pull-ups then proceed back down row of lights in reverse
