Pushing, Pulling, and a Hill

8 PAX found their way out from the comfort of their warm homes to the brisk and cold parking lot. 2 PAX met at 0458 for a pre-bootcamp ruck around the hill.

THE THANG

Pax carried CMUs, Rucks, and Sandbags Indian Ruck style to the skate park. Workout initially called for groups of 3, but having 8 PAX required an audible. PAX grouped up into two groups of 4. PAX completed exercises at two stations, with another PAX running in between to provide relief. Initial runners completed 20 Burpees to give PAX a head start.

• 15 Merkins • 15 Overhead Press • 15 Squats

Pull Station (Top of hill @ fence)

• 15 Rows • 15 Curls • 15 Deadlifts

AMRAP

Most PAX completed at least 3 rounds of both stations before heading back to start Indian Ruck style.
