THE THANG

Pretty much, keep running around the Pavillon doing 4 exercises each lap for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, keep running and do the second set of exercises. After 10 more minutes, keep running and do the third set of exercises. Best part… no rep schemes were given. Push yourself! That is all.
