Recovery road

So after a detailed, scientific study of one pax, I’ve concluded that abdominal surgery can negatively impact athletic performance, at least temporarily. 8 pax got to join me on this recovery road, for 9 doods total. Modify up as needed or limp along with me, gentlemen.

THE THANG

A leisurely jog down recovery road. Some light running with exercises interspersed as the timer goes off every 90 seconds. 36 minutes = 24 timers going off, with jogging (is it a soft “j”?) in between.

• 10 merkins (sub burpees or archer/spiderman pushups if you want) • 15 squats (sub jump squats or tuck jumps if you want) • sub out underdogs and pull ups as we roll by on the laps
