THE THANG

YHC had recently did a Q with 7 of Diamonds at Ironhorse, so thought bringing it to the Range was a logical choice.

A Diamond of Cones were set up in the front 3-Tier Parking lot, a table with instructions with tunes, and the beatdown began. Decided to all stick together for this one so everyone could participate in the cadence. Run was the mode of transportation between cones.

Round 1 – (7) Mike Tysons at each cone

Round 2 – (14) Merkins at each cone

Round 3 – (21) Flutter Kicks at each cone

Round 4 – (28) LBC’s at each cone

Round 5 – (21) Squats at each cone

Round 6 – (14) Carolina Dry Docks at each cone

Round 7 – (7) Burpees at each – Skipped

Performed 2 round of step ups (10 each leg) on benches and (10) calf raises (normal, toes out, toes in).
