Sometimes people talk about how they are “struggling with” certain things, or “working through” them, when what they really mean is that they are delaying obedience.

I will hasten and do not delay to obey Your commands.

Oftentimes, we measure holiness (to be set apart) by how we are not like the world. However, we need to measure by how close we are to God. The world around us is moving farther and farther away from TRUTH and God. We should focus on Him and staying close to Him no matter what is going on around us!
