PAX moseyed to church hill where YHC failed miserably in an attempt to bear crawl last week during Beanie’s Q. PAX partnered up for a bear crawl DORA workout:

While one PAX bear crawled up the hill, completed 5 burpees, and then crawl beared back down, the other PAX worked to complete the following:

300 V-ups

Time called and PAX moseyed to the paved side of church hill for a little Everest. Lt. Dan met the PAX at the top of Everest for 5 rounds.

PAX moseyed to CTE hill for 3 rounds of gassers following 10 monkey humpers in cadence.
