YHC used up all of his creativity on the M for Valentine’s Day.  So this morning at Iron Valley, it was all about work.  PAX at Iron Valley did seven cycles of the following:

• At Flagpole: 10 merkins then mosey to LCES Sign • At LCES Sign: 20 Squats then mosey to Burpee Cove • Burpee Cove: 10 burpees then mosey back to Flagpole
