THE THANG

Across the football field horizontally, from track to track.  On one side, 20 merkins, 5 burpees in the middle crossing the field, 1 squat on the far side, then back with 5 burpees in the middle.  Rinse and repeat with descending merkins and ascending squat reps to equal 21 each round.

16 rounds = 200 merkins, 105 squats and 160 burpees + 2.3 miles.
