THE THANG

Pick up your block and mosey following the QIC.  We moseyed to the bottom of the hill near the front of the school.  QIC told the pax that in honor of Halloween being on the 31st of October we would be doing 31 reps of each exercise.  It was going to simple only three exercises. But a lot of rinsing and repeating!

• Starting at the bottom of the hill do 31 block curls • Run to the mid point on the hill and do 31 squats • Run to the top of the hill and do 31 LBCs • Run back to the bottom and rinse & repeat

We completed this until about 6:08 giving us time to mosey back to the flag(area).

We have felt left out with Ironhorse having the burpee train so a recent addition to AR has been the burpee plane.  We were so fortunate that we got to do a burpee plane this morning. hahaha(evil laugh)

Today was an important day for a lot of us.  It was the 500th anniversary of the “start” of the Protestant Reformation when Luther nailed his 95 Theses to the door at Wittenberg’s Castle Church.  It is a great reminder to all of us that we are saved by grace alone and not of our works.  That is sometimes a hard thing for me to grasp especially as we are getting out of bed at 5am and putting in lots of “work”.  Rest in HIM.
