12 men (2 ruckers, 1 stair climber, and 9 runners) hit The Hill.

COP

Typical running based warm-up from YHC. Mosey to the field: high knees, butt kicks, caricoa, side lunge, toy soldiers, 100 yard strides.

THE THANG

Take a long mosey over to pond hill for some repeats until YHC called time (8 rounds total). T-claps to Rite Aid & Honeysuckle for getting 9 rounds in—solid.

Mosey back to the field for 100 yard sprint/runs. Ended up getting 12 runs in before time.
