Original plan was to play Beer pong in the parking lot but the weather got in the way, no worries, Its Murph season in East TN.

Run up to Southside School making it 1/2 mile.

That burned up enough time to do some ab work in the covered pavilion on site.

Run back to AO HQ and put in some filler work since the rain let up.
