It was about 50 degrees with a misty rain when 8 PAX posted for a coupon-free fun time in the gloom.  And to many surprise, the AOQ was not the last one here today.

• Sprint loops (sprint up the lower part of the hill, mailbox to bend)

• At the top: 5 squats • At the bottom: 5 shoulder taps (2-ct) and 5 mountain climbers (2-ct)

• Rinse and repeat. PAX did 3-6 loops
