Sumo storm at Underground

What happens when Sumo comes to NETN???? Underground gets SkEtChY but with a Sumo theme aka, blame everything on Sumo.

THE THANG

Grab your block, pick a partner and let’s move. Starting at the top of the parking lot, we walked side to side with the blocks in Zamprini style. When one of the PaX lowered the block, we did Sumo squats (thanks Sumo). On the corners, we did

• 5 burpees • 10 lunges each leg • 20 merkins • Colt 45

Then partner farmer carry the blocks to the tires. When your partner sets the blocks down, they do 5 burpees and the next partner carries the blocks.

Tire work, 2 on a tire. 5 flips, 5 merkins and we took the tire all the way down and all the way back.
