THE THANG

Mosey to the playground to find 5 cones that someone had left in the parking lot…might as well use them.  First, for the sake of space pax counted off 1’s & 2’s. Cones were spaced every other line apart. Pax were instructed to complete 10 burpees at cone 1 then 5 pull-ups R&R (with 2 trips of burpees at cone 5) for 10 sets to ultimately complete 100 burpees and 50 pull-ups.  However Rudy in his “man” tights and Honeysuckle left the rest of us mere mortals behind while they were having their own marvel vs dc competition and completed somewhere near 160 burpees.  Tclaps fellas.
