The great lesson of faith put to all parents is that of learning to trust God for their children.

They love them as they never imagined they could love anyone, and it takes an ever-enlarging faith to believe that God loves them more.

This is applicable to all of us whether we have kids or not. We are all children to our parents and to the Lord!

I prayed for this child,

and the LORD has granted me what I asked of Him.

So now I give Him to the LORD.
