Run around the island  R&R 3x.  Round 2: bolt 45’s, 20 Freddy Mercury’s, 20 toe taps (I can never remember the actual name), 10 v-ups, 10 merkins, run around the island.  R&R 2x . Round 3 (slightly modified due to time) 5 thrusters, 10 mtn climbers, 15 kbs, 20 ssh, 5 burpees.  Head back to the flag.
