Cool Morning with 13 PAX @ The Range for a upper body workout known as the Grind- Thanks @RiteAid

THE THANG

13 PAX Brought their Blocks to grind through a DORA with 6 Intervals of 200 and 5 Burpees @ Top of the Hill

• Round 1 -Partner starts Merkins to 200 while partner runs to the top and does 5 Burpees (Repeat through 200) • Round 2- LBC’s to 200  (Repeat Hill and 5 Burpees) • Round 3- Block Curls to 200 (Repeat Hill and 5 Burpees) • Round 4- Squats with Block to 200 (Repeat Hill and 5 Burpees) • Round 5- Powercleans with Block to 200 (Repeat Hill and 5 Burpees) • Round 6- PAX were drained and time ran out
