The longest 45 min ever?

As the sun started to rise, 7 of NETN’s finest were getting out of their cars, wondering why Etch a Sketch was bringing empty pizza boxes, and acting like he was the Q.

Last min audible, Zippo and Etch flipped the sketch and today happened.  What was planned to be an Octagon/Pull Up workout with a finisher at The Hill….we did a complete, Omaha and flipped the script.

Here is what I remember

• We ran to the back of the school to to Peoples Chair with sprint to Mercans

Then we headed to the hill

• 10 squats at bottom • Bernie Sanders to top • 10 Mericans at the top • Run down

Rinse and Repeat but move to 15 reps!
