THE THANG

So YHC maybe  and I emphasize MAYBE have made the pax do more reps per base than we normally have done. But since I made the claim that I’m not a professional in the disclaimer then it’s ok. Never mind the fact I liked at an old BB (hmm, it’s a good thing folks do those) to see where I MAY have been mistaken.  Pax moseyed with their coupon to baseball field.  Each “base” represented a certain number of reps  10-20-30-40. This is where is all went wrong, and each exercise represented an inning

merkins, Freddy Mercury’s, squats, dying cockroaches, curls, mtn climbers, run, BOR, box cutters. No one made it past mtn climbers so the 7th inning stretch of the run didn’t happen.  It MIGHT have something to do with the number of reps per base…maybe.
