Time for Another Round of Ultimate Football

It was a pleasant morning, mostly cloudy in the 60s as 10 Pax waited patiently for the sun to peak up enough to go for another round of ultimate football. A few new Pax have yet to experience this Arrowhead classic. Before we could get into this treat, there were a few other things we needed to do.

Captains Zima and Zippo chose teams.

Ultimate rules with a few added benefits:

• A dropped ball change of possession: everyone does one burpee except in the endzones • We counted scores by 7. After each score:

• Squats = higher score • Merkins = lower score • Core exercise = higher + lower score

The game ended 21-21 (only because Team Zima missed the goal at the buzzer). Core exercises were V-Ups, Freddies, Heel touches, LBCs, Flutter kicks .
