THE THANG

YHC prepared 15 gifts for the White Elephant Gift Swap.

• Each gift was sealed so the PAX couldn’t see inside • On the back of each gift, there was 2 regular exercises, 1 coupon exercise and a mode of transportation after completing all 3 • Round 1 – PAX took turns picking a gift and then were responsible for leading the others in those exercises. Once the 3 were completed, all found their way to the selected cone and by the mode of transportation listed. (Run, Skip, Shuffle, Karaoke, Bear Crawl, Lunge Walk, Toy Solder) • Round 2 – PAX could either swap with another PAX or return gift and select another. Cycle continued of leading exercises and transportation

Discussed the temporary closure of The Range (Wednesdays) and the hope to reopen soon as something different. Maybe a Kettlebell and/or Ruck workout and will need someone to step up to lead the AO and bring some excitement to it. Open to moving locations, if needed.
