Sometimes in life men are destined for greatness. Other times it’s thrust upon them. The original Q for today had no idea they were signed up (allegedly) and at nearly the 11th hour they asked for help. Interestingly another pax had multiple q’s to their name as well.  It’s a good thing and comforting to know this AO would never, and I mean never mock a pax for a mistake like that. Especially if said pax weren’t there to hear it.   So Woz and Spam were definitely and certainly not mocked.  At all.  Nothing was said.  I’m sure of it.

THE THANG

The thang today was relatively simple  and the pax weren’t given freedom to chose the direction they wanted to go. We utilized the 4 corners of the parking lot: playground is one as well as across from it, swings and opposite corner at the far end were the other two.  Phase 1: 10 pull-ups, 10 underdogs, 20 curls, 20 H2H. Complete 3 rounds. Phase 2; 25 dips, 10 MT’s, 20 KBS, 25 Freddy mercurys.  For time 2 rounds were complete. And yes G was correct YHC had a third phase prepared
