THE THANG

Mosey to Track

Ranger buddy explanation and pair up

• Sprint the straights (track) 2 full laps; Fireman Carry in the infield (2 carries across) • Mosey to lot • 30x Reverse Lunges holding block (or sandbag) above head or at chest with a press finisher • 30x Frog jumps • Mosey to Band Practice Field • Sandbag carry around entire field; Judo Stands until Ranger pair brings a set of coupons or bags
