Today was a workout in a bag, the Deck o’ Cards.

Clubs for curls, Spades for squats, Hearts for rows, and Diamonds for shoulder press. Jokers = Build a Bears with the coupon.

Somehow despite having no music, we finished 15 min early, leaving time for 11s of coupon ‘mercans and lunges and 3 min of Mary.
