- 2 pullups/4 squats, then 4/8, 6/12, 8/16, 10/20
- That’s 30 pullups and 60 squats total
Mosey to the north end zone of the field.
Mary for the Thang. Get your ab on. Progress down the field, stopping at every 10 yard line to do an exercise. The yard line equaled the number of reps (single count).

- 30: Freddie Mercuries
- 40: Mountain climbers
- 50: Little baby crunches
- 40: Flutter kicks
- 30: Shoulder taps
- 20: Box cutters
- 10: Heels to heaven
Run through the goal post, around half the track and start back at the top. Rinse and repeat. About 3 rounds were completed.
If Mary was the Thang, then we had to do a little Thang for the Mary.
