Burpee Train rolled through, somewhere between 15 to 30 Burpees
The THANG:
We broke off into two groups to keep from overcrowding.
Group1: Blackjack
Mekins & Motivators
Group 2: Partner BLOCK Party with a little Doracide mixed in.
Partner 1 would perform the series of exercises while partner two would mosey to a series of 3 cones. First cone 1 burpee, mosey back to partner. Mosey to second cone for 2 burpees, mosey back to partner. Mosey to third cone, 3 burpees. Mosey back to relieve partner and continue completing the exercises. This would carry on through the letters, BLO. After the O, the burpees were replaced with merkins.

The idea was when the groups completed their assignments we would switch, and complete the other exercise. This did occur, but not by many. Time had a way of slipping by, it could have something to do with the fact that the wind was always in our face. YHC was very proud to the PAX, strong work gentlemen. There was some mumble chatter about a mutiny, but the PAX stated the YHC had too nice of a personality to harm. YHC also thinks the mutiny was stymied by the ability to raise their arms.
All in all, strong work. We keep moving, putting one foot in front of the other. Progress is needed to accomplish the task, and today gentlemen PROGRESS was made. STRONG work men
