THE THANG

Pair Up at the flag. Partner 1 runs clockwise and partner 2 counter clockwise around the carpool circle.  Meet at the other end for exercises.  If one partner arrive before the other, then do SSH until they arrive.

Exercise 1:  Big Boy Situp and American Hammers (Jack Webb Style) up to 8

Partners continue running around the circle in the same direction and meet back at the flag for the next set of exercises.

Exercise 2: High Knees Squat Jumps and Calf Raises (Jack Webb Style) up to 8

Rinse and Repeat.

Trail of Merkins across the green space in the carpool circle.  Took a lot of explaining by YHC but sometimes you just have to do it to get it.  Stopped at 12 Merkins to circle up by the flag for a little Mary.
