Mosey back to Field

Partner 1 Completes a series of Exercises, with Cinder Blocks, while Partner 2 runs to cones, approx. 15 yrds away, and completed Motivators Counting down from 3.

  • Blockee (100)
  • Squat Thrusters( 150)
  • Static Overhead Presses
    • Partner Two will mosey to cone and complete 5 SSH, will complete two rounds of running & SSH then relieve Partner 1.


Mary: At this point we had 8 minutes left, and the chatter was minimal at best.

Not gonna lie, this one hurt a bit. I’m not sure if it’s the age getting to me, or if workouts are just getting more difficult. A royal friend said to me the other day “I’m here because you are here.” To be honest that’s why  I post, because I know without my brothers in the gloom I would never push…… thanks to all my brothers that have pushed all of us over the past 10 months. Special shoutout to my Erwin brother who got their Sixes handed to them today. Rite-Aid hosted a great Snotwaggler…..
