Enough for the warm up. YHC has been playing with this circuit training for a while, trying to find the right combo that beats you down, but has you beggin for a little more. This is still a work in progress, but based upon the long faces this morning YHC thinks things are on the right track.

For our listening pleasure YHC brought out sounds of the 80s and 90s for the PAX. I also think I heard a trumpet section on one side of the PAX during the WW1 Sit Ups, straight up talent gents.
