We got in about 2 1/2 rotations before YHC decided it was time to mosey to Tombstone Hill for Modified DORA. Partner 1 runs while Partner 2 does AMRAP (as many reps as possible) of the exercise. Flapjack before moving on to the next exercise. The moves were as follows:

Today was my 1-year Q! It has been a great 12 months. I have built friendships while becoming stronger physically and spiritually. I am a lot closer to God and my M than I was 12 months ago. I have lost 20lbs. I have run more miles than I ever could have done on my own. I appreciate the impact that each one of you have had on my life. I appreciate Kardashian laying the EH on me! I am a better man for it for sure!
