While still circled up the Bear crawl ring of fire was introduce. Bear crawl in a circle for two laps then it was supposed to be one at a time, but do 10 merkins while all other pax planked.

Partner up on the side of the field. Partner 1 starts with AMRAS merkins while partner 2 runs across field and back. Switch place. Continue with the following exercises: LBC, lunges, Carolina Dry Docks, Flutter Kicks, Squats, and dips. Rinse and repeat until it was interrupted by the wonderful Iron Horse. So a long burpee train was fun. Then back to work again.
