  • Continue Indian Run w/coupon the long way around the high school back to the track

Sunday night YHC reminded the Pax of NETN that one reason we work out outdoors is to build resiliency and mental toughness. In reality, the biggest element we fought was the humidity. I have to admit, I was hoping for a little rain to make things interesting. Maybe tomorrow.
