THE THANG
As a tribute to all of the teacher in the PAX, YHC decided to make a little lesson plan/ visual aid to keep everyone on track. We moseyed to the Hill for a little Brute Force routine that was sure to elevate something……
There were three sections of exercise, with a multiplier, and little extra credit at the top of the hill.
1st Routine:
- 30 Overhead Claps
- 30 Mountain Climbers
- 30 LBCs
- Mosey to the top of the hill and complete 10 Merkins
RepeatĀ 5X
2nd Routine:
- 20 Bicep Curls
- 20 Weighted Squats
- 20 Flutter Kicks
- Mosey to the top of the hill and complete 10 Merkins
- Repeat 4x
3rd Routine:
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Overhead Press
- 10 WW1 Sit Ups
- Mosey to the top of the hill and complete 10 Merkins
- Repeat 3 times.
MARY
But the midway point of the 2nd Routine the waters started flowing from the sky and from most orifices on our bodies. We moseyed back to the field to complete a little Mary
