Mosey to the practice field with sandbag and blocks in hand.
PAX lined up on one side of the field for the start.

  • 50 Back Squats with bag or block
  • Front carry to the other side of the field
  • 40 Shoulder to Shoulder with bag or block
  • Left shoulder carry to the other side
  • 30 Bag or Block cleans
  • Right shoulder carry to the other side
  • 20 Push-up and drags with bag or block
  • Back carry to the other side
  • 10 bag (which ended up being block) get-ups

PAX then lined up and completed one round of the Indian Run with burpee.

PAX then took two sandbags and partnered up.  One PAX flutter kicked while the partner back shoulder carried the bag 100 yards down the field and back.  Then they swapped.  This was repeated but crunches and a front carry were used.

Mosey back to the parking lot for circle up.


Had a quick discussion about being the good in peoples lives because you never know when the time to join the Lord will happen for us.
