The “The Longest Mile” was the thing. It was found in wodwell.com. 10 burpees, run 100, 10 squats, run 100, 10 merkins, run 100, 10 sit-ups, run 100. Repeat x 4 to make a mile. Half-way up the hill/beach we bear crawled under some razor wire (drawn by chalk). For the last 10 minutes, 20 sided dice decided our fate. Roll a 1-stair lap. Roll a 2-9, air release merkins. Roll a 10- block burpees. Roll a 11-19, squats. Roll a 20, boat canoes.
