10 PAX took to the playground of Arrowhead for some Saturday morning fun. 7 PAX were doubling down from ABC Vol 1 at Iron Horse earlier. Excellent 67 degree weather for sweat.

- Arms – 20 curls / 10 dips
- Back – 5 pull-ups / 10 bent over rows
- Core – Same list as ABC Vol 1 but each round you must do all the core moves from previous rounds. For example, by round 3 you would do LBC, American Hammers, and BBSU before moving on.
- LBC – 10
- American Hammer – 10 (R+L=1)
- BBSU – 10
- Flutter Kicks – 10 (R+L=1)
- Mountain Climbers – 10 (R+L=1)
- Heels to Heaven – 10
- Imperial Walker – 10 (R+L=1)
- Plank TapsĀ – 10 (R+L=1)
- AND…..QIC throws a curveball by adding a “D” (down and back) to the plan. After completing the Core, run down to the end of the parking lot and back.
