THE THANG
Separate into groups of three and spread out approximately 5 yards apart. Mark positions with a cone.
Three stations, three exercises, one minute intervals, three cycles a round.
Round 1:
- Lopsided merkins: hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart. On the down motion shift most of your weight over one hand then return to the centered position on the up motion. On the next down motion, shift weight over the other hand then return to centered position on the up motion. Repeat.
- Mountain climbers
- LBC
One lap (3/4 speed) around Carpool Circle
Round 2:
- Squat Jumps
- SSH
- Imperial Walkers
One lap (3/4 speed) around Carpool Circle
