THE THANG
This was YHC’s Birthday Q, and because I was born on 10/10/77, multiples of 10 and 7 seem to be the thing. Pax ran a circuit containing 7 exercises:
4-count Plank Jacks
Lt. Dans
4-count Merkins
Imperial Squat Walkers
Hand Release Merkins
Squat Jumps
Burpees.
On the first time through the circuit, they completed 10 reps of each exercise; on the second circuit, Pax completed 9 reps, and so forth. No one was able to complete all 10 circuits in the time allotted, but the important thing is that we all had fun!
