THE THANG
The PAX took a mosey to the bottom of the hill at the front entrance of ITIS. Simple routine – 1 PAX rolls the dice at the bottom, perform the respective move, run to the middle of the hill, roll again, perform the move, and then run to the top of the hill for a final roll and move. Rinse and repeat until time is called. QIC didn’t record all the rolls as the rain was pouring and we were focused on putting in work. Needless to say there were many jump tucks, jump lunges, burpees, and American hammers dealt.
