Five PAX (one double-dipper named Jobs) made it to Arrowhead for a rainy and cold Saturday workout. We were all rewarded with fitness, fellowship, and faith.

Always ask, “how can I help?” This is the title of a book from the Arbinger Institute, called “The Outward Mindset”. The College of Pharmacy Faculty and Staff has read this book and attended a retreat. Actually very good. But it amazes me how businesses flock to principles like this that are all based on Judeo-Christian principles and are straight out of the bible. It is not difficult to be nice to people and put others first. Sometimes it may be a challenge when you are busy and time is short. But it is always the small things like asking “how can I help”, that makes the difference.
