7 PAX arrived at The Hill with great anticipation of a festive Christmas themed Monday runday Q. A chilly 38 degrees was optimal stocking weather (wearing or stuffing).

THE THANG
2 stockings were placed in the end zone closest to the parking lot. One was stuffed with merry runday goodness (listed below) and the other stuffed with tokens to determined if the PAX was nice (candy cane) vs naughty (coal). Workout was OYO. Each PAX would draw one surprise from each stocking. If the PX drew a candy cane, then only the rep as listed was preformed. If the PAX drew coal, punishment was dealt in the form of double, triple, or quadruple reps. Malware suffered at the hands of the coal and the stairs multiple times.
